Hi! My name is Audrey Pecha. I have been with CCA since March 2021 as the Client Care Coordinator. It is a true passion of mine to help individuals and their families coordinate extra care and support in their homes. It is so important that our clients voices are heard and their needs are met. I was born and raised in Omaha…. although I do now live in Bellevue, NE. I have 2 dogs, a 13 year old Papillon named Oliver and an attitude filled English bull dog named Gus. I do also have 2 cats (don’t remind my CCA teammates as they are avid dog lovers). I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, camping, watching movies, having cookouts, but most of all being at home to give my fur babies as much love and attention as possible.

Hi, I’m Blake Thomas and am the Business Development Coordinator who has been in the industry for over 20 years. I have been with CCA Home Care since July 2020 and love this company and what we provide to our clientele. I am married with 3 kids and we have 2 chocolate labs. I enjoy being by the water, traveling with my friends and family and eating amazing food.
Dana Silva
Registry Coordinator
Hi I’m Dana! I have been with CCA since March 2020. I do all the onboarding of new caregivers to the registry in both Omaha and Lincoln. I am married with 3 kids and 3 dogs. I have spent most of my life in Omaha. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to travel, but prefer to be near the water.

Hi, I’m Kyle! I am married with 4 children and we live in the Gretna community. Outside of work, you will most likely find me at a ballgame watching one of our kids play, and probably hiding behind a camera capturing still frame memories. Photography has become a great passion of mine over the last few years. We enjoy traveling the country in our rare free time. Sometime down the road, you will find us hiking and biking trails, while retired in the Rocky Mountains.

Hi, I’m Loni! I have been with CCA since December 2020. Started as a part-time Administrative Assistant … I’m now the full time Omaha Home Care Coordinator. I absolutely love this company, our clients & the caregivers. I look forward to being here everyday … so much that I also help with on-call (after hours). I was born & raised in Omaha. I’m a single mom with a teenage boy, a tween girl & a puppy. I enjoy spending time with family & friends but I also enjoy my alone time. I’m a Netflix junky.

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I manage the processes and team at CCA Home Care, as well as at my household. I’m married, with 3 kids and 2 dogs. Born and raised in Oshkosh, WI, I moved to the Omaha area in 2005. I love the beach, spending time with family, including friends who have become family, music and trying new restaurants. I’m dedicated, trustworthy, intelligent, hard-working and honest; all characteristics I look for in my team so we may provide the best possible home care services in the area.
